To encourage Mercedes-Benz and Smart customers in their anticipation of the new car, a personalised welcome video will be sent to them in which the vehicle is presented in the configuration ordered. This is made possible by the real-time image data from the online configurator, which uses the customer data to generate an individualized vehicle image that is automatically integrated into the film. The project is in line with the trend to personalise customer processes and to address customers on their user journeys in a tailor-made way.
