The biggest dynamic video campaign Germany has ever seen enters its second round.
Every single one of the 6.5 million customers receives, among other things, by mail and in the Vodafone app based on the very personal contract and usage data (such as: first name, target group, household status, gender, place of residence, street and distance to the cable distributor...) his very personal video with pinpoint individualized offers.
The objectives behind it: maximum exploitation of up- and X-selling potentials for stationary cable connections.
The data of each customer was fed in seconds from the Vodafone contract database and an algorithm of the Wonderlandmovies engine then put together in real time all audio, video, text and graphic elements to an individual video.
6.5 million times - for each and every one of Vodafone's 6.5 million customers. Customers have never been addressed in a more targeted, personal and successful way.
