Onlineprinters whets its customers' appetite for the next print job with personalized videos

As an effective customer reactivation measure, all Onlineprinters customers are sent a personalized video that communicates to the customer: at Onlineprinters, you are personally served from A to Z and that is intended to do one thing above all: make them want to book again in the online store.

The project is the first German-language personalized video that not only offers personalized visual content, but also speaks through a generative "human-like" AI voice that is indistinguishable from a human voice and that allows mentioning e.g. the last order in addition to customer and company names.
