At the start of the energy partnership, new E.ON customers receive a personalized welcome film - an innovative service that not only informs but also inspires.
The dynamic videos automatically differentiate between electricity and gas customers and the selected payment methods “cash” or “direct debit”. The film explains in a friendly and individual way how the first bill is made up, how the billing process works and how easy it is to use the My E.ON customer portal.
The result: maximum transparency, significantly fewer support requests - and an all-round successful entry into the E.ON service world.
